Hector Lizarraga (born September 1, 1966 in Mexico) was a Mexican boxer in the Featherweight division. He is a former WBC Continental Americas, IBF Inter-Continental, and the IBF Featherweight Champion.[1]

In April 1989 Hector won the WBC Continental Americas Featherweight Championship by beating veteran Hugo Anguiano.[2]
On December 13, 1997 Lizarraga won the IBF Featherweight Championship by Destroying South Africa's Welcome Ncita.[3]
